PL absorbing rules

must get inside the opponent.
must let them go immediately unless they say its ok
can go in anyone of a lower PL
PL differences:
tuffle PL under 50,000 then they can go in someone 50,000 better than them
Tuffle PL under 100,000 they can go in people 100,000PL better
Tuffle PL 200,000 they go in people 200,000 better
etc
